Two friends lived in the same village. They were very good friends. They used to help each other in happiness and sorrow. A little away from their village was a huge desert. One day two friends decided to go for a walk in the desert.

According to the decision they chose a day to go to the desert. The two friends started their journey on a certain day. They took some dry food with them. They reached the desert in a short time.

Two friends were walking through the desert. After traveling for a while, the two of them got into a heated argument and one friend slapped the other. The one who was slapped was in pain, but he didn't say anything to his friend, just wrote in the sand, "Today my best friend slapped me.

Then the two friends started walking again and after a while they saw a big oasis. They decided to rest and take a bath there. But the friend who was slapped got stuck in the quicksand and then started drowning when the other friend saved him. After being rescued,he wrote on the stone, "Today my dearest friend saved my life.

The friend replied, 'When someone hurts us, we should write it on the sand, so that the wind of forgiveness can easily blow it away. And when someone does us a favor, it should be carved in stone, so that no wind can ever erase it.
